My name is Monica Leigh Bullock but that's a lot of name to put on a book cover so my "official" author name is M.L. Bullock.
Full confession here: I'm more of a storyteller than a writer but since I can't fit all y'all in my living room, I do hit the keyboard on a regular basis. For the inquiring minds out there, I got my start writing in 2008. I did a lot of ghost writing and got tired of seeing "my" books hitting the bestseller list and my name was nowhere on them. (Fair enough. Not bitter. It was a job.) In 2014, I began writing the first book in my now popular series, Seven Sisters. I was blown away over the response it received and while it's never won an award or made it to the big screen (yet) many people write me each week to tell me how much they love Carrie Jo. That means a whole lot. I fell in love with the paranormal world back in school after my siblings and I experienced some high strangeness while living in the Ohio Valley. The weirdness followed us to Florida and then on to Alabama. I studied everything I could on the subject of the paranormal and supernatural world. I've seen things, felt things, fought things and yes, I'm a believer. Ghosts are real and that's not all that's out there. I try to publish on a regular basis because again, I do love to tell a story. I hope you tag along for the ride. |
